Our Courses
We offer a focused range of CPR and life support training programmes for corporate teams; all delivered in line with current Resuscitation Council UK guidelines, on-site at your premises, and tailored to the size and needs of your workforce.
Whether you're looking to introduce CPR awareness across your organisation or ensure designated staff hold a higher level of life support competency, we'll recommend the right programme and build a schedule that works for your team.
Each session combines clear, structured instruction with hands-on practical application so your employees leave with genuine skills and the confidence to use them, not just a certificate.

Our BLS training covers the essential skills needed to recognise and respond to a cardiac arrest in the workplace. Delegates will learn CPR technique for adults, the safe use of an AED (automated external defibrillator), the recovery position, and how to manage an unconscious patient.
Delivered in a supportive, hands-on environment, this course is suitable for all employees regardless of prior medical knowledge. It is the recommended foundation for any organisation looking to meet its duty of care obligations and ensure a confident first response in a medical emergency.
